UK Delivery Time

Parcels sent by Royal Mails First or Second Class Packet Post service are generally delivered quickly. We advise that delivery times are 1 to 7 working days . Many orders arrive 48 hours after dispatch. This is not a next day guaranteed service.

UK Despatch Time

Orders are processed or printed within 24 hours after receiving the order. If there is an issue, we will contact you, please ensure you leave your correct phone number and email address.

Next Day Delivery

We now offer guaranteed next day delivery with Royal Mail. Your order needs to be received by 11am the day before to use this service. If there are any issues with getting your order out we will let you know as soon as possible. Prices from £11.00

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

The Cake Decorating Company will replace the goods you purchase if the goods you purchase:

• are not of merchantable quality (i.e. if your cake is damaged at time of delivery – but not if you simply do not like the taste of the cake)
• don't match any description given of the goods (this would include corresponding with a photograph of the goods)
• are not free from defects.
